Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between Manufacturers & Branch Sales representatives
- Assist Branch Product managers on pricing management
- Supporting ship and debit process flow
- Align with Manufacturers to support any documentation requirements from customers
- Provide full support to customers’ sample request
- Assist Branch Product managers to support and resolve customers’ quality issues
- Provide back-up to the Branch Product managers and undertake other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering
- Poly graduate or 1 year experience
- Team player and able to communicate with all level
- Systematic, organized and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Fresh graduate may be considered
