Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the client to identify the client’s needs and expectations, to ensure that they are being translated into design and implementation on site
• Able to handle proper correspondence documentation independently
• Continually monitors, revises and ensures that resources are deployed to achieve the project plan. Identifies critical items, activities having impact on the project schedule, proactively pre-empt problems and take actions to resolve them.
• Setting up and maintain the project sales order, monitoring project costing, liaising with sub-vendors to ensure lead time is fulfilled.
Qualifications & Experience
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and possess self-driven positive attitude
• No working experience required and comprehensive training will be provided
• Candidate with experience in the field of construction will be an advantage
• Only Singaporeans
