- Job Description
- The intern will report to Manager and assist on the following duties:1) Prepare invoice, deliver order, purchase order and cheque.2) Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables.3) Follow up on payments to ensure smooth cashflow, update credit terms, and aging schedule.4) Matching of invoice, deliver order, service report and purchase order.5) Check and reconcile suppliers / vendor invoice and payment.6) Manage and file accounting related documentation.7) Handle any other related accounting and admin duties.
