Trybe is a youth development organisation, accorded the IPC status by National Council of Social Services (NCSS). We are a community of people that transcends geographic boundaries, race, gender, culture, language or religion. We exist to inspire youth to live passionate and purposeful lives that will make an impact on their communities.

Believing "Every Youth, a Success Story", we develop and conduct programmes in the areas of leadership development, service-learning, social & emotional learning, resiliency and intercultural learning. Having more than 11 years of experience as a social enterprise and reaching more than 110,000 youths, we are looking for like-minded, zealous individuals who seek to serve and impact the youths.

== Job Scope ==

1. Develop and conduct activities for children and youth development programmes (i.e. Leadership & Life Skills Workshop and Camps)

2. Youth Befriending and Mentoring Initiatives

3. Assist Project Manager, who will be heading initiatives under organization functions like Marketing, Accounts Management, Information Technology, Creative, Corporate Communications, Volunteer Management etc)
