We provide end-to-end HR services, which include Recruitment, HR Process Consultancy, Payroll Processing, and Benefits and Claims Management. Our experienced HR personnel provide solution options specifically tailored to our clients’ needs.
Job Description

Job Responsibilities

System Implementation

1.     Implement the full suite of HR system modules.

2.     Understand ProSoft system functionality to provide solutions to clients/users.

3.     Understand the HR policies and benefits of clients in order to prepare/validate the requirements.

4.     Work with business users to gather and analyze current business process (HR and Finance), and/or propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.

5.     Manage and work with the vendor to ensure that the requirements are setup accurately.

6.     Perform data conversion and data entry in the system.

7.     Work with the vendor on any system setup issues or customization.

8.     Create Test scripts and perform UAT Testing.

9.     Create User guides, Operations process document and project related documents.

10.   Monitor the project progress to ensure that the implementation plan is being adhered too.

11.   Conduct Demo and training sessions for the clients and their employees.

12.   Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, present high/low-level information into simplified details, and deliver findings/recommendation for management approval and implementation.

13.   To create and review existing Operational Documentation based on the above.

14.   Project planning and management is possible.

Production Support

15.   Manage all inquiries/system issues from clients/users after system has been implemented.

16.   Work with vendor to address any system issue from clients/users after system has been implemented.

17.   Liaise with Trusted Source and vendor to manage system fixes, upgrades and server access when required.

18.   Perform any system testing when version upgrades are done.

19.   Ensure that HR Operation Processes are up-to-date.

20.   Work with team members to share knowledge to ensure cross-training.

Skills & Qualifications

o    Excellent knowledge of the ProSoft systems – especially relating to Leave, Claims, Payroll and Appraisal modules.

o    Good knowledge of HR Benefits

o    Good written and verbal communication skills

o    Project Management experience

o    Resourceful with good problem solving skills

o    Confident and professional disposition

o    Results driven

o    Able to work in a fast paced environment.

o    Able to multitask
