Job Description: • Responsible for all event coordination (registration enquiry, data entry, etc)
• Assist in the organization and actual setup
• Management and co-ordination of event collateral and production
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks
• Communicate and liaises with internal stakeholders
• Manage and liaise with multiple suppliers/vendors
• Assist in other assignment and ad hoc matters as assigned
• Onsite event registration and execution
