Job Description

Travtus is looking for a young energetic Architect who wants to get their hands dirty with executing sites and coordinating design & build works.

Established in India in 1984, Travtus has delivered a larger portfolio of works in 12 states of India. We have set up an office in Singapore for the past year and as we increase our operational presence, we are looking for fresh blood to join our expansion plans.

The job is very open and entrepreneurial in nature and requires some technical know how in the fields of design and construction.

Below is a list of typical responsibilities

- Interacting with Architects & Clients for Scope definition
- Assisting in Tendering process & Contract Execution
- Create Project Schedules & Procurement Strategies
- Project Coordination (On Site & Off)
- Site Visits
- Create & Maintain relationships with Sub contractors & Vendors
- Draw shop drawings & details with the Architects
- Create Running Bills
- Problem Solve for technical difficulties on site
