Job Description
Established since 1972 as a full fledged travel agent, Transinex has evolved over the years from doing exotic tours to focus on group travel, especially in student educational tours & church camps. We have a wide range of programs from educational learning journeys to sports exchanges to music exchanges.
Interns job scope will be preparing quotation, reservation of coach & hotel reservation , tour operation. Opportunity to travel overseas on job training. Opportunity to tour leading overseas. Learn to do flyers marketing and promotion. Assisting Travel Consultant on telephone enquiries and prepare Pre Departure briefing notes and powerpoint. Send emails for hotel and attraction contracts for overseas tours. Training for bookings of air tickets and hotel reservation overseas. Learning soft skills for facilitation for community project works with schools. Developed new destination for students learning journey in Asean countires. Follow up on marketing materials to corporate clients and student groups to introduce new educational and special tailor made itinerary.
Handle overseas and liasing with vendors to ensure smooth operations before tour departure.
