Job Responsibilities
· Performing front line duties like attending to course enquiries and walk in.
· Answering phone calls and addressing their enquiries over the phone.
· Attending to participants who are facing course issues and assisting them adequately to resolve them
· Giving participant a warm and welcoming experience when they step in our centers and creating a conducive learning environment for them.
Job Requirements
· Interns preferably from a service oriented field like Hospitality, Retail, Service or equivalent.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
· Enjoy serving people with a vibrant and positive attitude.
