Job Description

Job responsibilities

·         Handle enquiries or requests from all external and internal parties.

·         Ensure an effective transfer of phone calls to the relevant persons or centers.

·         Liaise with participants by telephone, email or in person to provide information about products or services and follow up closely to address all enquiries with closure.

·         Follow up closely on all feedback and ensure a closure on each issue with proper records and timely correspondence with participants.

·         Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail for distribution.

·         Handle the operations and booking of the training & meeting rooms and ensure that the training center operates smoothly.

·         Ensure that training rooms and logistics are in order before classes start.

Job requirements

·         Candidates must possess at least an O/N level, WPL level 6 or NITEC in service related field.

·         At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or similar field.

·         As candidates will need to service Chinese-speaking customers a working knowledge of Mandarin is essential.

·         Cheerful and pleasant disposition.

·         Service focused and customer-oriented.

·         Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

·         Analytical in nature with an eye for details.

·         Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps is required.

·         Able to work 16hrs/week Mon-Sun usually from 

       1. 8:30am-1:00pm or 

       2. 6:00pm-10:00pm (Except on Weekends)
