Job responsibilities
· Assisting with documentation in the recruitment of learners.
· Processing of course confirmation, completion, graduation, reassignment or withdrawal of learners.
· Organizing and providing Sales & Operations with administration support
· Coordinating examination and assessment process and documentation.
· Prepare and ensure timely submission of reports to WDA and CPE.
· Maintaining high level of quality assurance in course evaluation and course approval procedures.
· Participating in the development of future information systems.
· Ensuring adherence to policy by checking through documentation.
· Purchasing goods and equipment, as required, and processing invoices
· Liaising with other administrative staff, colleagues and if necessary learners.
Job requirements
· At least an ‘O’ Level with a pass in English or NITEC in Business studies or WPLN Level 6
· Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the field of training or education is required.
· Able to work well in a fast paced environment both individually and in a team, proactive in seeking constant improvement.
· Analytical in nature with an eye for details.
