Welcome to Training Centre for Family and Community (TCFC) in Singapore. A newly start-up training centre since 31st July 2015. An approved training organisation for Non-WSQ training programmes by WDA.

Training Centre for Family and Community (TCFC) offers a broad spectrum of family-centred workshop services such as caregivers’ training, parenting workshop and training for Persons with Disability (PWDs).  A person-centred approach in delivering work behaviour skills training programmes and we provide contextualize training programmes for People with Disabilities(PWDs).

TCFC programmes focus on engaging a diverse group of learners with different abilities and learning styles for communities, their workplaces and personal lives.  

What we do

Our training team at TCFC is passionate about providing training services that goes beyond encouraging inclusivity in the society  to also transforming work behavioural and attitudes of individuals by equipping them with lifelong work behaviour skills that would ultimately increase their job productivity and opportunities.  Our team consists of individuals with a vast experience in training, passion and dedication to serving the needs and priorities of all our clients.  

We also provides customised training programmes that cater to everyone with greater emphasis for persons with disability and caregiver of special needs such as parents and foreign domestic worker.  Both practical and creative approaches would be utilized in the training prorammes for people with disabilities.  Our training programmes would includes both independent and teamwork training activities.
