Social Media
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing and communications plan that leverage the social media platforms.
2. Responsible for developing content across social media platforms, including blog posts, tweets, status updates, photos and videos.
E-Commerce
1. Perform UAT on E-Commerce system to ensure compatibility.
2. Manage and update products catalogue for online
3. Provide support for web orders, coordinating with internal and external teams on logistical issues (lost parcels, delays in deliveries), sizing issues, returns (RMAs), etc.
4. Provide support in order management including manage missing orders, inventory transfer from retail to E-Commerce and/or vice versa.
Marketing
1. To assist with managing and curating content database.
2. To research and create content.
3. To represent ToTT in liaising with expert content providers.
Others
1. Any other ad-hoc duties.
