Job Description
Responsibilities
Social Media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing and communications plan that leverage the social media platforms.
- Responsible for developing content across social media platforms, including blog posts, tweets, status updates, photos and videos.
E-Commerce
- Perform UAT on E-Commerce system to ensure compatibility.
- Manage and update products catalogue for online
- Provide support for web orders, coordinating with internal and external teams on logistical issues (lost parcels, delays in deliveries), sizing issues, returns (RMAs), etc.
- Provide support in order management including manage missing orders, inventory transfer from retail to E-Commerce and/or vice versa
Marketing
- To assist with managing and curating content database.
- To research and create content.
- To represent ToTT in liaising with expert content providers.
Others
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
