Mystery Shopper
Objective: To improve sales efficiency in Singapore market for both consumer and business notebook, measure channel loyalty, effectiveness and efficiency.
Job scope:
Develop mystery shopping survey questions
Conduct field research in retail market, eg Funan, Sim Lim, neighbourhood malls
Benchmark against competitors' channel presence & retail marketing effort for business notebooks
Compile results and data analysis, benchmark against past results
Present findings and recommend improvements to retail marketing & sales efficiency in Singapore market
