What You Will Learn


Embolden yourself and harness the confidence to talk with various clients from different walks of life. Learn to be calm in adverse situations as you handle unexpected happenings. You will learn to handle questions or objections tactfully and respectfully so as to eliminate friction and move the prospect to the sales cycle with sales team.


Become more organised as you take responsibility for follow-up calls with clients in order to achieve a certain objective. If you've always struggled with time management, this is the perfect opportunity for you to practice multitasking skills through handling multiple calls and projects simultaneously. Eventually, you will excel in time management in this time critical sector.


Improve your interpersonal skills as you interact with clients over the telephone. You will learn to convey your pitch about the company and product in the most effective and persuasive manner. In addition, you will also learn to build resilience as there will be countless of potential clients that may reject your pitch.


What You Will Do:


Cold Calling prospective clients (no selling is required)

Gathering existing and potential clients' information and arranging appointment with them

Any other ad-hoc duties as needed
