Job Description: As an administrative assistant, you will be required to:
Assist tutors to mark and score students’ assignments
Data entry such as updating students’ lessons and hours after tutoring sessions
Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Scan and verify documents and indexes images
Photocopy and bind tutoring materials
May also be required to handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other administrative staff.
Requirements:
Speak and write well in English
Meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
Able to work well with others (staff, students, parents and external vendors/coaches)
Exhibit patience and positive attitude
Able to multi-task
