They believe that education does not only involve the academic upbringing of children but it entails a more holistic approach that includes the physical, mental and emotional aspects of every child.

TLS Academy endeavour to provide academic mentoring and coaching for students from mainstream schools. Programmes are designed to cater for the individual needs of every student.TLS also lends support to homeschoolers and students seeking for an alternative or more holistic curriculum.
Job Description: Academic Instructors are required:

1. To prepare lesson plans for each individual student. All materials will be provided by the learning centre.
2. To mentor, guide, and teach students placed under them
3. To mark and score exercises & work done by the students
4. To do assigned administrative duties
