Company Profile: Titan Capital is an international buy-out and private equity firm with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, founded by the former Managing Director of TPG Newbridge Capital,a major international private equity and investment firm. Its Singapore office is located in Raffles Place area, close to the MRT station. On top of the performance of the basic admin duties, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about the private equity and fund management business from top professionals.
Job Description: Prepare expense summaries and claim reimbursement from clients
Handle basic bookkeeping
Prepare invoices and monitor payments
Prepare payment vouchers and cheques
Report to MD and liaise with accounting firms to prepare annual returns and tax filings
Handle staff payroll and administer staff claims
Maintain office files and documents
Provide administrative support to the company’s investment professionals
Organize travel itinerary, flights and hotels
Plan and schedule meetings
Maintain and update the company’s database
Maintain office equipment and issue purchase orders when required
Handle general administrative duties related to personnel, vendors and clients
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management
