Your Task
For us, process is not just about paperwork.The best process is one that eliminates waste, reduces cognitive load on our designers and developers. We do so by streamlining communications; reduce unnecessary chatter, but ensure important details are captured, you get the picture. That is what you will be helping out in.
You will be in charge of preparing project management artifacts that are necessary for weekly team management meetings, and project meetings with the clients. You will work under direct instruction from our dedicated project manager.
Your job, if done well, will allow us to work on broader matters as we optimize our processes.
Requirements
You are studying in a computing related course (at least year 2)
You must be somewhat tech-savvy
You are detail-oriented
Able to work autonomously
Great if you have an understanding of how startups work
You must be based in Singapore
