Admin
· Work closely with Operations Manager and CEO on a daily basis
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail items
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Arrange and liaise with couriers as needed
· In charge of ordering office supplies
· Photocopying and filing of required documentation
· Liaise with landlord for any issues that crops up with the office
Sales
· Assisting Sale Manager with various daily tasks
o Invoicing
