Located in a reformed 1920’s biscuit factory in Singapore, The Working Capitol is a hybrid of coworking, private offices, an events venue and F&B outlets.
Work with General Manager and Event Executive to coordinate event logistics
Event planning, promotion, and on-site execution including set up and tear down
This is more facilities management related then actual event planning role.
Maintain up-to-date event documents including site-schedule forms and action plans
Procure and organize supplies for events
Position will shadow marketing department staff, offer input into projects, will be invited to meetings, and may be asked to assist other departments
