What You'll Do:

·         Work closely with events team & management to determine events needs & requirements

·         Source, identify & recruit experts (Knowledge Partners) as event speakers

·         Maintain accurate records of current or potential speakers roster

·         Conduct independent research on regional news & trends to identify appropriate events topics

·         Liaise with speakers to come up with talking points based on research findings

·         Assist with day-to-day events logistics & organization

·         Brainstorm with management on ways to improve overall events quality and operational workflow

What We Seek:

• Current student with a strong academic track record, preferably majoring in business

• Good communication skills with a strong command of English, as well as native fluency in any Southeast Asian languages (particularly Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa)

• Self-starter with a high work rate, must be willing to take initiative

• Positive, energetic, outgoing personality with attention to detail

• Must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company
