Oddle is a Singapore-based startup that is looking to provide a comprehensive solution that allows F&B merchants to establish new channels and reach out to an infinitely larger pool of non dine-in consumers. In doing so, we endeavour to create an F&B eco-system that is sustainable, merchant-centric, and brings great value to all parties. After a span of over 2 years, more than 1300 brands over 1400 outlets have come onboard with us, some of them are Paul, Lady M, Paris Baguette, Shangri-La Hotel, JK Don and many more. We are present in Singapore, United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia and are looking to establish our presence in more cities in 2016.

Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day to day operations
Monitor the delivery operation by following up with orders received, assigning the delivery men and managing the delivery to ensure it is done in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the logistics vendor and delivery men to resolve any issues occurred during the delivery, informing customers and manage their expectation.
Assist in on-boarding of merchants, which include providing training for the merchants on how to use the system and support in system deployment.
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Self-driven with the ability with start and get things done
Good organizing and management skills, able to multitask under pressure
Creative problem solving skills in a steady and calmly manner
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to speak with Chinese vendors and merchants
Customer-oriented and a positive attitude
Be interested in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore
