Job Description

Client generation

  • Conducting client research using web mediums such as LinkedIn, Facebook and cross referencing this data versus Salesforce.

  • Client segmentation - identify key demographics

Relationship building

  • Pre-qualification and confirmation of client meetings

  • Re-organise deferrals and organising client/consultant follow up meetings

Reporting and Analysis

  • Balance sheet reconciliation - updating of client Blue Sheet Status

  • Assist with quarterly and annual  Henley Investment Portfolios - providing summary and trend reports

  • Assist with client valuations

  • Conducting product and market research

Administration

  • Performing administrative tasks directed by the Wealth Management Consultant

  • Maintenance of THG CRM database

Qualifications:

Candidates should demonstrate a strong combination of the following characteristics:
