Job Description
The Great Room is looking for an Events and Marketing intern who is prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, in a lean team.
Event responsibilities:
- Respond to external event enquiries
- Liaise and build relations with external vendors for event supplies
- Assist in handling all event logistics to ensure smooth operations before and during the event.
- Follow up with customer survey and ensure invoice and payment are issued and received.
- Assist with executing The Great Room's monthly social events
Marketing responsibilities:
- Media Tracking
- Provide support to social media efforts
- Assist with content creation and dissemination of weekly E-News letter to members
