- An international preschool located in Upper Bukit Timah vicinity. We accept children ages 18 months to 6 years old. Our preschool serves healthy organic food, grow some of our own food and advocates outdoor play.
- Job Description
This internship is from Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.
The internship minimum period is 4 months to 6 months.
We are located in the Western part of Singapore.
Candidate must speak English very well and communicate easily with international clients.
Responsibilities include:
Data entry of accounts to new system
Prepare sale invoices, debit and credit notes
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
Perform monthly bank reconciliation
Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned
Prepare monthly financial report
Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day accounting operations, moth-end account closing
Review area where processes and procedures could be improved and implement improvements
