Job Description
We are looking for a an intern in marketing and operational areas.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operations to ensure orders ready for delivery.

• Manage and run our social media platforms/design post/schedule content/propose content
• Conceptualise and propose a key marketing plan/project to increase online sales (in conjunction with a school project is possible too)
• Assist in upcoming trade expo
• Assist management in any other ad-hoc task and any other daily operational duties
• Assist customers who walk-in, answer customer queries if any and manage customer service.
• Standard working hours: 10am – 6pm with an hour meal break
Requirements:
• Responsible and good work ethics
• Customer-centric and service-oriented
• Able to communicate well
• Internet and mobile savvy
• Interest in online retail/marketing/import distribution industry will be useful
• Assist customers who walk-in, answer customer queries if any and manage customer service.
