Job Description: ROLE: EVENT/PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

1. Project Co-ordination
Assist Project Managers in various areas of pre-event management such as:
Sourcing of quotation for logistics/catering
Artistes / Talent liaison
Support managers in canvassing of corporate sponsors
Assist in Program Planning
2. On Site Event Co-ordination
Play in integral part of the team during event execution. Duties would include:
Supervising event helpers in your designated area of event. (E.g. Front of house registration / Goodie Bag Redemption Booths etc)
Stage Programme Co-ordination - making sure that talents/performers have reported on time, assist emcee/speakers during stage segments
3. Proposals and Presentations
Understand client's brief and generate creative ideas with team for pitch
Assist in putting together PowerPoint slides for presentation
Sourcing of quotations for event budget sheet
REIMBURSEMENT:
1. $600 monthly allowance
2. $50 mobile allowance
3. Taxi reimbursements for onsite event co-ordination
