The Elevate Group Pte Ltd – Event Host

Summary of Position 

Our Event Host will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for our event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Katapult safety regulations. 

Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining party area
• Greet and assist customers entering the party zone 
• Assist customers with check­‐in and waiver completion 
• Create a fun environment and provide an exceptional birthday experience to birthday guest of honor and all parents and guests 
• Engage customers (all ages) in conversation 
• Complete opening and closing duties 
• Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times and ensure that Katapult is a premier event host 
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager
  

• Prior experience as a waitress or party host is a plus 
• Ability to provide excellent customer service 
• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members 
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment 
• Ability to enforce rules 
• Ability to handle large group of children 
• Ability to engage in customers (all ages) in conversations 
• Availability to work shifts for nights, weekends, and holidays
