Summary of the department
Clearstate, an Economist Intelligence Unit healthcare business is a market intelligence firm offering customised strategic advisory and primary research solutions for the healthcare and life science domains in Asia Pacific
Background to the role/project
Clearstate are looking for 4 Analyst interns to support the healthcare research based consulting business. As a generalist intern, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to various parts of the healthcare research consulting business, gaining exposure from the technicals of client project work to the commercial aspects of marketing and business development. You will gain valuable exposure to healthcare business issues and be exposed to senior clients, management and prospects from a very early stage
Key objectives
“Editorial” – Desk research, primary research to create and launch a new paid report series
“Commercial”- Develop and run marketing campaigns to support new business and product growth
“Consulting”- Support client consulting projects, gain valuable technical skills
The Ideal Candidate
Strong primary and secondary researching skills
Educated to university degree level
Analytical business writing ability
Strategic thinker, grasp of business concepts
Client friendly, good client handling skills, strong communication skills
Reads widely and is knowledgeable about healthcare and current affairs issues
Hunger to excel and learn, entrepreneurial attitude, resourceful and hands on
Possesses creativity and is able to present ideas in a compelling way both in written form and in person.
