Company Profile: The Bamboo Group is a boutique real estate investment and development company, specializing in acquiring unique mixed-use shop houses, to create attractive investment opportunities. These opportunities include the development of commercial and F&B units as well as fully-furnished studio apartments and co-working spaces.
Job Description: As a Sales & Marketing Intern at The Bamboo Group you will have the following responsibilities:
(Marketing)
- To meet clients to introduce and to show them our space.
- To liaise with our branding partner in the development of branding and marketing collateral.
- To design and execute marketing material for our properties, targeting F&B operators, commercial and residential tenants. This includes marketing decks and flyers to be distributes.
- To build our database by researching (desk and exploration) Singapore’s established F&B, retail and specialty operators.

Requirements:
You will be required to be highly independent and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be a highly motivated self-starter. In addition to:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Amiable personality and a team player

- Basic knowledge in real estate

- Well organized, analytical and detail-oriented
