These opportunities include the development of commercial and F&B units as well as fully-furnished studio apartments and co-working spaces.
The Position
As a Design & Development Intern at The Bamboo Group you will have the following responsibilities:
- Working closely on construction plans with, architects, and other professionals
- Developing client briefs in collaboration with architects and other consultants
- To assist in preparing reports, designs and drawings
- To assist in preparing investment proposals for design and feasibility components
- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
- To assist in the coordination of projects with Consultants
Requirements
The Bamboo Group is a successful startup company that will introduce you to the world of young and driven entrepreneurs.
You will be required to be highly independent and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be a highly motivated self-starter. In addition to:
- Fluency in current graphic software including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency with computer-aided drafting software applications integral to structural engineering, such as AutoCAD and RISA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Amiable personality and a team player
- Basic knowledge in real estate
- Well organized, analytical and detail-oriented
