Job Description
The Art Room is a fun, innovative and extremely creative art studio in the heart of Singapore's Holland Village. We are just over 2 years old and we are the only studio in Singapore that teaches both adults and children an array of really interesting arts and crafts activities. As busy teachers we're always tied up with our arts and crafts and find little time to get back to people on time!. We therefore need a super fantastic individual, a self starter, who can take us to the next level by addressing and concentrating on our very important Marketing jobs!

Job Scope
Formulation of online and offline communication strategies/ activities including emails, newsletters, blogs and Facebook
Coordination and execution of upcoming events
Sourcing of arts and craft materials and suppliers
Updating, redesigning company leaflets, brochures and standard documents
Maintaining and creating company customer/supplier databases
Laise, build and maintain healthy working relationships with new clients, mainly schools and corporate businesses
Update blogs, Facebook with relevant information
Create Press Releases
Ad hoc admin work
Job Requirements
Keen listener and learner
Excellent organisational skills
Keen interest in anything arts and crafts
Exellent telephone manner
Self motivated
Responsible
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
An excellent command of English and Mandarin ( Written and Oral )
Singaporean/PR/ must have authorisation to work in Singapore
Internship period of 3 – 6 months with the view to move on to a permanent role within the company
Would suit fresh graduate/Diploma student majoring in Business /Marketing/Media/Art Related Degree
