- You will be required to assist the main teachers. You should possess the following qualities:good organisational skillsbe proactivegood with arts and crafts or have an avid interesthave good customer focused skillsbe able to assist with cleaning and setting up of activitiesability to follow instructionsshow initiativehave a fun personalitytake art seriouslygood with large groupsBe committed - please don't apply if you have the habit in calling in sick all the time! Have a responsible attitude - you may have days where you will need to close the studio etcBe reliable!
