Thamesbury LLP – Fashion Entrepreneurial Intern

Thamesbury is a young start-up. It is a premium brand of cufflinks and men's accessories started in London and operated from Singapore. Its customers are mainly in Europe, East Asia and Australia. We are currently localised in 5 different locations including the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, expanding to Korea and Japan shortly. 

Our customers are executives who primarily hail from banking, fashion and professional services sectors. We are dedicated to tailoring our products and services to them and becoming the leading men's accessories store in all of Asia. We are currently staffed by dedicated team members from the legal, business and engineering sectors and are looking for interns passionate about growing a multi-national brand to join us. 

The internship promises one thing for you: challenging projects applied in real business settings to sharpen your skills and business acumen. We are looking for someone who is open to radical re-imagination in the ceaseless pursuit of product and service excellence. The internship lasts 3 - 6 months at your option and may be pursued while you are still at school/work. 

As a Fashion Entrepreneur Intern, you may look forward to the following projects/tasks:

At Thamesbury, we tailor our requirements to your strengths and abilities, therefore, no matter what your background is in, we have a challenge for you. 

Stage 1: Internship (3 - 6 months) - during the internship you shall be provided with a stipend of $200 per month.

Stage 2: Permanent Employee (6 - 12 months) - Should you be a good fit with us and would like to develop your career further with us, you'd be entitled to a share in the profits of the firm as your remuneration. 

Stage 3: Equity Partner (18+ months ) - Should your contributions be integral to our success, you shall be invited to join us as a Partner with Equity (shares) in the firm and work with us hand in hand in creating a global brand. 

Thamesbury places enormous emphasis on training and development of our team. During your internship with us, due to our connections in the business world, you shall be joining us in a variety of (externally and internally conducted) corporate training programmes including executive coaching, brand management, networking among many other essential skills. Thamesbury LLP is a full corporate member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce. You shall have a variety of opportunities to attend networking functions and interact with professionals and executives from around the world. 

Being an online business, you may work independently on a part-time basis. There will be regular weekly business meetings to attend and report on. Precise working conditions may be open to negotiation. The work is structured around projects, there are no fixed working hours, and the internship is concluded when 3 months is up.
