This intern will be reporting to the Rewards Manager.
You will be part of a very dynamic HR environment, and given the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and autonomy in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support day-to-day Rewards/Compensations & Benefits activities/ projects in relation to regional mobility program
- To research and put together standard work instruction for factory HR processes, and not limit to disciplinary, promotion and skill competencies matrix
- To support monthly HR data analytics, awards and reports
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or University undergraduate
- Requires to have a valid student pass or eligibility to work in Singapore as an intern
- Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
- Love to work with numbers
- Humble and fun loving
- Able to commit for at least 6 months from July onwards
