Job Description
Roles :
- Responsible
to support day-to-day factory HR related activities/ projects in relations to
talent induction program, graduates career and development program
- To
research and put together standard work instruction for factory HR processes,
and not limit to disciplinary, promotion and skill competencies matrix
- To support monthly HR data analytics, awards and reports
Requirements :
- Completing or completed University Education with Good Degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or relevance
- A balanced profile with strong non-academic curriculum interest / CCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good positive attitude, resourceful and agile thinking
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel Application is an added advantage
Working Hours: 8.00am - 4.40pm
Location: 19 Gul Lane - Transport is provided from various locations
