Job Description
(Will varies accordingly to Business Units assigned)

1) Undertaking National/Global market research to ensure best quality marketing profiles, marketing channels & Strategies.

2) Assisting Marketing to ensure target research and other data build for events are strategically correct and timely.

3) Assisting project teams to execute and implement integrated marketing plans and budgets.

4) Assisting in developing and nurturing relationships with our events marketing partners.

5) Event marketing support - press & media management, audience data research (phone and online).

6) General admin - format documents, data entry, secretarial support for the team.

7) Others - arranging face-to-face meetings /business matching for our delegates at conferences.

8) Conduct market research and intelligence.

9) Conceptualise and develop marketing campaign.

10) Strategise and work with key media and association partners.

11) Research info on competitor events, potential topics, speakers, marketing ideas

12) Identify potential speakers and sponsors, target markets, marketing channels, competitors

13) Brainstorm and structure the conference programme

14) Write benefit-driven topic outlines and assign potential speakers to topics

15) To research, create and successfully co-ordinate high quality, profitable business conferences that meet the needs of our target audience and provide valuable marketing and networking opportunities to our sponsors and exhibitors.

16) Undertake national/global market research to ensure the best quality content, speaker,delegate and target market profile

17) Inviting speakers

18) Any other assigned duties.

Special Requirement:

Good written and spoken communications skills.

English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Good time management skills

Positive attitude

Willing to learn

Good commercial acumen
