Job Description: Daily handling of incoming/outgoing phone calls/emails/faxes.
Daily processing of customer sales order in the system
Communicate & recommend of new products/replacement products e.g. different brands or weights
Coordinate with Purchaser of any urgent order as per customer requests.
Secure the Win Biz and closed the sales with customers
