Job Description

Job Overview

 The L&D Training Coordinator assists in all aspects of training development and deployment.

The training area is one of constant change; this position must be able to react positively to these developments and help lead the way forward to include new developments in training.

Job Responsibilities

-         Responsible for all Training course coordination (registration inquiry, registration, locating and reserving training rooms, data entry, etc)

·         Assist in the organization and actual setup of training room/venue for training sessions/meetings held

·         Preparation of training slides

·         Handle documentation and administrative tasks

·         Communicate and liaises with internal stakeholders

·         Working with suppliers/vendors

·         Assist in other assignment and ad hoc matters as assigned
