- Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of strategic brand initiatives, such as analysing consumer issues, trends and drive various phases of a Brand Consultancy project: Brand Propositions, Brand Diagnosis, Brand Strategy, Brand Identity Creation and Brand Implementation.
- Assisting in handling Marketing Consultancy and Communications (creative brief till deliverables of communications campaign involving traditional and new media).
- Assisting in-house Brand & Design Strategist/Creative Head to ensure creative solution meets clients’ business goals.
You are adept at thinking on your toes and understanding briefs quickly. You cope well with synergizing the needs of the clients with current limitations.
Most importantly, we are looking for talented designers who can envision concepts from complex ideas, and always question themselves: “is what I’m doing making a brand more human?”
- You must dare to break rules and challenge the norm while keeping an open mind to opinions
- You will be collaborating with marketers and developers to carry forth the design from ideas into reality.
- You must communicate effectively and educate others about the story of your designs. This can be in the form of writing, speaking, graphics or motion.
- You are capable and comfortable working with abstract requirements and loose guidelines
- And in turn you are directly proportionate to the success of YOUR client
