Details of Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of employment contracts, letters and memos

• Perform administrative tasks within HR division

• Support with implementation of different HR Processes

• Coordination of benefits and compensations for the contract staffs

• Maintaining the databases of the contract staffs

• Advising of the necessary HR related matters

• To handle staff counselling and exit interviews when necessary

• Handling of the contract staff in the events they face problems and issues at work.

• Assisting in payroll of the contract staff at the end of every month

• Handling recruitment for internal roles

• Any other ad-hoc duties
