- Work closely with cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Work with team to generate insights and recommendations, providing quality services to clients including report writing, project design and implementation, and analysis of research findings to meet client needs
- Participate in internal piloting (e.g. testing questionnaires out on colleagues) and provides constructive suggestions for improvements
- Support manager to develop project related materials and prepare research materials
