Tate & Tonic – User Interface Developer

Have an extraordinary chance to get in on the ground floor at one of Singapore’s hottest retail companies. We’re looking for someone equal parts designer and developer to shape our product in an iterating and fast paced environment.

===How will you spend your time===

-       Analyzing and understanding the onsite behavior of our users

-       Prototyping new interfaces for our website

-       Designing email marketing campaigns seen by thousands of customers

-       Converting design into front-end code

-       Working closely with our CTO to integrate the new features coded

-       A/B testing your own design to analyze its impact on our bottom line

-       Brainstorming and suggesting new product features to delight our customers

===We are we looking for someone who===

-       Is truly passionate about creating beautiful user experiences and spends some of his free time

-       Has a strong sense for visual design and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

-       Has the ability to code his own work (a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS & JavaScript is required)

-       Is hard-working and flexible

-       Is highly proactive and enjoy the freedom of taking his own decisions

-       Is detail oriented and very organized

-       Likes to have fun

-       (bonus point) Has experience in a Python / Django environment

-       (extra bonus point) Dress well
