Job Description

We are expanding in the region and looking for recruitment consultants who could support us basically in Singapore.  We are looking for people who are typically positive, full of new ideas, inspiring, professional and well organized. In return, TalentStork offers an entrepreneurial culture and we are continually looking for people to join us on our journey to Develop and Deliver Talent.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

•        Build up lists of target companies and candidates

•        Able to find new clients and able to present our services to clients

•        Make cold calls to potential talent

•        Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients

•        Ensure needed information of the candidate such as birth dates, given name, contact number, job functions, technical skill set etc from the candidate CV are updated into database

•        Able to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management.

•        Able to make recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews to find out whether candidates are good fit to the clients

•        Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for. In depth analysis and building of client profiles

•        Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

Requirements:

•                    Diploma or equivalent

•                    At least 2 years working experience, preferably in a research/recruitment capacity

•                    Self-starter and independent worker

•                    Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese

•                    Interns are also welcome
