Preparation of Bill of Quantities for ACMV tenders.
Enquire quotation for ACMV equipment and sub-contract works.
Sourcing for vendors and materials.
Evaluate quotations and preparation of reports.
Compilation of tender cost.
Attend tender interview.
Cost negotiation with vendors and sub-contractors.
Preparation of purchase order for equipment and sub-contract works.
Preparation of catalogue and O&M submission.
Preparation of payment certificates to sub-contractors.
Preparation of variation orders
