As our HR intern, You will
- assist the HR Business partner in mapping training needs, tracking and organizing the schedule with Line Managers.
- contribute to the implementation of a corporate on-boarding program
- research market data on Asia Employment Market
Skills / Attitude and behaviors:
-Strong interest for HR and organizational challenges
-Excellent level of English (both speaking and writing)
-Capable to work with great autonomy and good level of initiative
-Strong organizational skills and ability to structure his/her own work
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with people across various timezones and cultures
-good command of Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint being critical)
Educational background:
-Business/Management School or University (last year internship would be appreciated)
-Major in Human Resources and/or Organization/IS
Must have: applicants must be either locals and/or have a Singapore Student Pass
