Job Description
Responsibilities
- Web application design and layout.
- Rich desktop client application design.
- Creating storyboards, flows, mockups, and experience prototypes to guide development.
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript implementations of your design work.
- Iterating designs based on user feedback research, technology constraints, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Commitment to clean, usable design.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty with some code work.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative work with an eye towards efficiency and creativity.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Can articulate design decisions and principles to the design, engineering, executive team and clients.
- Self-motivated.
Ideally, experience with
- Template design with Django.
- A major JavaScript framework.
- Database-driven application design and data modeling.
- An open source development project.
- Git.
