Job Description
The Human Resources function has played a key role in Synpulse Singapore's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestone. As an intern, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end HR processes for both the Singapore and Hong Kong offices. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and coordinate strategic initiatives in the areas of employer branding through social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Organize university recruiting events that showcase our employer branding among potential candidates
  • Manage the interview process to ensure that each candidate completes it with a good learning experience
  • Manage the entry process of new hires to facilitate a smooth orientation into the company
  • Manage the appraisal process in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize local and overseas academy trainings for consultants to provide a fulfilling learning experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Consulting
  • HR internship experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Available from January to May 2016
